Pride 2023 Schedule of Events
6 pm – Pre-opening Pride with “Real men Do Drag” charity event benefiting Smart Ride @ Aqua – 711 Duval St! The Southern Most HIV/AIDS Ride (aka SMART Ride) started in 2003 with a vision of giving back 100% of every dollar its participants raise to AIDS service organizations throughout Florida. We also promised that participants would have a degree of control over the distribution of the funds they raised to the benefiting agencies. Since 2003, over $14.95 Million has been raised – and 100% of it returned to help those infected, affected, or at risk for HIV and AIDS in Florida.

Noon – Key West Pride Kick-off Luncheon “Celebrating 20 Years of the Sea-to-Sea Diversity Flag” created by Gilbert Baker featuring special presentations on the making of the Sea-to-Sea diversity Flag created by Gilbert Baker @ the Marriott Beachside – 3841 N Roosevelt Blvd.

6:00 pm – Vibrator races for Charity: Pride Edition @ Mary Ellen’s – 724 Applerouth Ln. – benefitting Queer Keys. Join us for a night of silliness like nowhere else. In a nutshell, we race vibrators for charity and have fun! Be sure to bring cash for donations as this is a fundraiser! Vibrators come in all shapes, sizes and colors! Each one with its own unique race name. Cheer them on toward the finish line in four separate races. The winners of those races all vie against each other to see who the Vibrator Champion of the night is. It’s not always good to come first, so the 2nd to last race of the night is for the four losers to see who is the slowest. The last race is the fastest four vibrators of the night. Each racer is auctioned off for each race. 1/2 goes to the winner, 1/2 goes to the charity! Ready, set… join us! Vrooom Vrooom!

5 pm – Key West Pride Parade: Celebrating 20 years of the Sea-to-sea Diversity flag. The parade will start at the Quay @ the Truman Waterfront, to Whitehead St, left on Whitehead to front St., then right onto Duval Street, ending on United Street.
8 pm – Closing Pride ceremony @ the corner of Duval and Petronia St. AFTER Tea dance.
