Levels of Membership
Business Member
A business member must be licensed to do business in the City of Key West or in the unincorporated portion of Stock Island, Monroe County. A business member shall have the right to participate in all Guild activities, including voting and advertising. Business Memberships will consist of the following categories: General, Restaurant & Bar, Lodging up to 19 rooms, and Lodging 20 rooms & up.
Associate Member
An associate member need not be licensed to do business in the City of Key West or the unincorporated portion of Stock Island. An associate member may not vote in Guild elections and may not be an Officer or Director-at-Large in the Guild.
Organizational/ Non-profit Member
An organizational member must have its primary center of activity in Key West; however, it may become a member despite the fact that it is not required to obtain a business license from the City of Key West. Proof of 501 (c) (3) or (6) status is required. An organizational member has one vote in Guild elections regardless of the number of members.
Individual Member
An individual member must reside at least two months of the year in the City of Key West or on the unincorporated portion of Stock Island. An individual member shall have the right to participate in all Guild activities including voting, but not advertising.
