The men-only gym is small but state-of-the-art. There are five Hoist dual machines. These machines work two muscle groups each, so itís like having ten machines.There is also a Smith station for free weights together with two multipurpose benches. There is a set of dumbbells. For aerobic exercise there are two recumbent bikes, two running machines, and a stair master, all from SCI-Fit, the company that outfitted the athletesí training center at the Atlanta Olympics. The Spa area includes a five-man shower, a sauna, a steam room, and a Jacuzzi. Open 24 hours. Daily and weekly memberships available. Lockers and towels provided. Picture ID required.
